How much is the deposit to reserve a home?
To reserve a home, we will require 25% of the total rental cost. We accept Visa and MasterCard
When is the final balance due?
The final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
How do I make a reservation?
Once you find the home of your choice simply inquire via email, online or phone for your requested dates. Booking is as easy as 1,2,3! 1.Upon review of your quote and choosing our home, we will forward you via email a guest registration, credit card authorization, and term + conditions package. 2.Return this info to us via email or fax + we will process your deposit and paperwork. 3.We’ll send you confirmation of your booking, along with directions and key information
That’s it your booked, simply proceed directly to the home on the day of arrival!
Will I stay in the specific Reunion Resort home I have chosen?
YES! Once you have booked the availability calendar will automatically be updated on our website, blocking out your specific dates. This will ensure you always get to stay in the property of your choice! If for some unforeseen reason we are required to move you to another home, we will do our absolute best to give you prior notice, as well as ensure you are located in a property of similar specifications to the one you have chosen. If this is not permissible, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
Where do I collect the keys to the home?
All of our homes have a digital lock. A four digit entrance code will be sent to you once we receive payment of the final balance. You can go direct from the airport to your vacation home!
What time can I enter the home and when do I have to depart?
The home can be occupied any time after 4pm on your day of arrival. The home must be vacated by 10am on your departure date.
Do you offer early check-in / out?
Early check-ins or late check-outs can be requested for an additional charge. All early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to no other reservations in the property at the time of your arrival/departure. As such, these will be tentatively booked, and confirmed only within the last 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Can you waive the departure cleaning fee?
No. We take great pride in having spotless homes, and our cleaning team is extremely professional. Our fees are paid direct to the team, and we are proud to offer all out guests the most comfortable stay possible.
Can you offer me houseguest card so I have access to the waterpark, golf and tennis?
No. Due to high cost and membership restrictions, we no longer offer houseguest passes to these areas. These areas are strictly member and houseguest card admitted only. Pay as you go, or daily walk ins is not available. However, all other areas of Reunion are available for your use. These areas include: spa, trails, Kids crew, playgrounds, bike rentals, 5 restaurants, 9 reunion pools, and the cove pool with bar and grill.
Can you waive the pool heat fee?
No. Pool heat expenses have been carefully analyzed and our pool heating fees are kept to a minimum cost for our guests. Due to the variation in temperatures, guests wanting heat, time of year etc, we offer pool heat as an OPTION to our guests. This keeps our nightly rates competitve for everyone!
How close are you to the airport?
Reunion Resort is located 30 miles from Orlando International Airport.
How close is Reunion Resort to Walt Disney World® and other area attractions?
The main gates of Reunion Resort are located within 6 miles of the entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort® and just a 20 - 25 minute drive from Sea World, Aquatica, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
Do the homes have Wifi?
Yes all homes offer Wi-Fi and a comfortable desk area to surf the web. [We hope you’re not working!]
Are pets allowed in the homes?
No, pets are not allowed in any of our homes. We have a strict no pet policy. Those found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to a minimum $500 fee.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
All homes are fully equipped with everything you'll need, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally, all of our properties come complete with toasters, coffee makers, blenders, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils, wine glasses and Tupperware.
Are all linens and towels provided?
Yes, all linens and towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided for the home’s pool only. Please, do not remove the towels from the home to take to the community pools.
Are hairdryers provided?
Yes, hairdryers are provided in all of our homes.
Are irons and ironing boards provided?
Yes, irons and ironing boards are provided in all of our homes.
Is there a telephone in the home?
There is a telephone provided in all our Vacation homes at Reunion, which may be used for local calls free of charge.
Is a housekeeping service provided?
A housekeeping service can be provided, however there is an extra charge. The extra cost is not included in the rental rate.
Are credit cards accepted?
We accept VISA and MasterCard.
What is your Change/Cancellation Policy?
Are the homes pools heated?
Yes, we offer pool heat as an option for an additional $25 per night plus taxes. Pool heat must be requested at time of booking. Please be advised during colder months, the pool may take 24-48 hours to heat completely. Also please note, the pool heaters are set on a default run time of 10am - 10pm, by placing the covers on the pools, you will reduce the amount of heat lost through the night.
Are the resort swimming pools heated?
Yes, during the colder months, the Reunion Resort swimming pools are heated to approximately ten degrees warmer than the outside air.
What about Baby Equipment?
We have kids too! All of our homes are equipped with a Pack-N-Play crib, feeding chair and stroller
What about a BBQ grill?
Our 5 bedroom home has an outside summer kitchen complete with a BBQ. Our 3 and 4 bedroom homes feature Weber BBQ’s. A tank of propane is supplied but should it become necessary during the stay, it is the guests' responsibility to replenish.
If we have a problem with the home, what should we do?
We offer peace of mind and the ability to reach us pretty much any time of day. You may call or email us and speak directly to one of the owners. All issues will be documented and addressed in a timely manner. To ensure your piece of mind, we additionally have a local representative on-call 24/7 to deal with any emergency situation within your Reunion home.
